Transitions and Change

As I reflect on my journey with Lincoln Leadership since its inception in May 2021, I have experienced and ultimately welcomed a significant amount of change. Leaving colleagues and friends from the Diversified Search Group after almost 18 years was challenging. At the same time, heading down the path of forming a new business was exhilarating. I have relished meeting payroll, managing employees, securing and serving clients, and interacting with a wide variety of individuals. My own transition has equipped me to be more sympathetic towards executives making similar ones. While these executives take on risk during their transitions, they benefit from assuming a new role that provides more meaning and fulfillment in their lives.  

We have a choice to make with personal and professional change. Do we embrace these moments and lean into the uncertainty? Or do we let the unknown get in the way of pursuing new possibilities?
